ARTIST NOTES: Using nature as my inspiration, I never tire of painting forests.

I love the bright colours in this piece.  I tend to push the limits on colours I can use for trees.  Who said they have to have brown trunks and green leaves??

ARTIST BIO

I had the sudden inspiration to paint during our trip around Australia.  So many great photos of the Australian landscape inspired me to take up the brush.

After taking some lessons from a great teacher in Brisbane I am now addicted to painting.
